Morocco is the only African country that produces Saffran BIO superior quality, whose coloring power, between 228 and 240%, exceeds the saffron grown in Iran (160%), world's largest producer. The Taliouine Red Gold is distinguished by its color, a beautiful dark red, strong scent and unmatched flavor. Saffran Taliouine is an excellent product, it has also been nominated for the SIAL Innovation in Paris in October 2014. It was quoted in the most famous gourmet guide of Switzerland Le Gault Millau 2016 and is providing the Bocuse d'Or Switzerland. Finally, the Saffran Taliouine was declared one of the best in the world.

 Our Saffran Taliouine is unique because:

It has a certification Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) by the Ministry of Agriculture of Morocco. Only three rudders worldwide are certified AOP: La Mancha Spain, Greece and Kotzanis Safran Taliouine.
It is certified organic by ECOCERT
Hala is certified by Halal Expertise in Belgium.
It is tested in Switzerland by SQTS laboratories, according to the ISO 3632-2 standard.
It is conditioned in our laboratories in Switzerland in Nyon, to ensure perfect quality.
