Origin : Djibouti
Djibouti salt pearls are naturally formed by the water, the wind and the movement of the waves of Lake Assal. The water is extremely mineralized with a mineral concentration of 248 grams per liter, nearly ten times more than seawater and more than the Dead Sea. It is considered the world's saltiest lake.
This product is supplied to the Swiss Bocuse d'Or.
